Terms of Service

Booking and scheduling

• Orders are placed through our online order form or by phone or email. Published pricing applies to real estate listings; other photography is quoted individually.
• Appointment times are confirmed by email and, if you opted in, by text message. Please have the property ready at the scheduled time.
• Reschedules and cancellations should be made as early as possible. A fee may apply for cancellations made once a photographer is on site, as shown on the order form.
• Mileage is included up to 50 miles round trip from Portsmouth, NH. A travel fee applies beyond that and is shown before you check out.

Delivery and payment

• Edited photos and media are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours through a download link.
• Payment is due when the order is delivered unless other arrangements have been agreed. Downloads may be held until the balance is paid.

Use of the photographs

Great Bay Photography retains copyright in the images. You receive a license to use them to market the property, including on the MLS, listing sites, print, and social media, for as long as you are involved in marketing that property. Images may not be resold or transferred to another agent or brokerage without our permission. We may use the images in our own portfolio and marketing, identified by town and property type only.

Text message (SMS) terms

Great Bay Photography sends text messages only to members of its own team about the shoots they are assigned. Customers are not enrolled in text messages: placing an order does not sign you up for texts, and order updates reach you by email. These terms apply to anyone who receives a text from us.

• Program. Internal scheduling notifications: new assignments, appointment reminders, reschedule, postponement, and cancellation notices, and a daily schedule summary. No marketing messages are sent.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with shoot activity.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP, email info@greatbayphotography.com, or call 603-275-2300.
• Booking never requires text messages. Customers receive their order notifications by email.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
• Privacy. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The content of this website is provided as is. Photographs, text, and design are owned by Great Bay Photography and may not be reused without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, property access, or circumstances outside our control, and we will reschedule at no charge when they occur.
