Great Bay Photography, LLC(“Great Bay Photography”, “we”, “us”) provides real estate photography for the Seacoast of New Hampshire and southern Maine. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit greatbayphotography.com or book a shoot, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Text messaging summary. If you opt in on our text updates form, we send transactional order and appointment texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information we collect

Order information. When you book a shoot you give us your name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage, the property address, and payment details. Orders are processed through our scheduling and ordering provider, Aryeo, under its own privacy policy.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people reach the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Correspondence. Emails, calls, and text message replies you send us.

How we use it

To schedule, perform, and deliver the photography you ordered.
To send you notifications about your order: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, delivery, and billing.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text message (SMS) notifications

We do not currently send text messages to customers. Order confirmations, appointment details, and delivery notices reach you by email from our ordering system. Text messages are used only within Great Bay Photography, to alert our own photographers and staff about the shoots they are assigned. The following applies to anyone who receives a text from us.

Message frequency varies with shoot activity. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Booking a shoot never requires it; the opt-in form is separate from the order form, and you receive the same notifications by email either way.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect for texting and how it is used. Your mobile number, your consent (the disclosure you accepted and the date and time you placed the order), and the order details needed to write each message: property address, appointment time, order number, and delivery or balance status. This data is used only to send the notifications described above and to honor opt-outs.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do their job: our ordering and scheduling platform, our text messaging delivery provider, our payment processor, and our website hosting and analytics providers. Photographers on our team see the order details needed to complete your shoot. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Photographs

Property photographs we produce may be shown in our portfolio and marketing. We identify them by town and property type only, never by street address or client name, and we do not publish images that show people.

Retention and security

Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our bookkeeping obligations. We use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards, and we limit access to people who need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing info@greatbayphotography.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
