Some properties only make sense from the air: acreage, water frontage, the walk to the beach. Aerial stills and video put the whole story of a property in one frame, and on the Seacoast, that story usually involves water.

Common questions

Is drone photography included in the Basic Package?

No. Aerial images come with the Premium Package ($325–$525 by square footage), which also adds a dedicated listing website and a one-minute teaser video.

Do you shoot aerial video?

Yes. Aerial video is available on video tour packages; a Full Video Tour with Drone is $399.
